The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which Unbbound provides its services, including:

• Publishing and distribution of a software base for FiveM servers
• Provision of a web-based configuration panel
• Updates, patches and technical support tied to the base
• Any related or ancillary activities

Any use of the services implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

The services are accessible to any natural or legal person with the legal capacity to contract.

Unbbound reserves the right, at any time, to restrict, limit, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the services, with or without notice, in particular in the following cases:

• Maintenance, updates or technical changes
• Security or platform protection reasons
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Protection of the legitimate interests of Unbbound
• Suspicion or evidence of illicit, fraudulent or abusive activity
• Serious or repeated breach of these Terms or the Sales Terms
• Legal or technical risk to Unbbound or third parties

A suspension may be imposed as a precautionary measure and does not necessarily amount to a final termination.

In the event of serious breach, Unbbound may terminate the services automatically without notice or compensation.

Any suspension or termination for the user's fault does not entitle the user to any refund, save for mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.

Data retention

In the event of suspension, termination or non-payment, Unbbound retains the user's data for a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the effective date of the suspension or termination. After this period, data may be permanently deleted without notice. It is the user's responsibility to back up or recover any necessary data before the deadline expires.

Customers using Unbbound services operate their activities at their sole and entire responsibility.

No partnership, agency, representation or affiliation relationship may be inferred from the use of the services.

No customer represents Unbbound, and Unbbound does not represent any customer.

It is strictly forbidden to hold oneself out as an official partner or representative of Unbbound or any related entity without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized claim constitutes a serious breach.

The user undertakes to:

• Comply with applicable law
• Use the services in accordance with these Terms and Sales Terms
• Not infringe the rights of Unbbound or third parties
• Not compromise the security, integrity or stability of our systems

The user is solely responsible for:

• Content, data, files and communications hosted
• The legal compliance of their activities
• The management of their credentials
• Performing independent backups

Unbbound does not exercise any prior editorial control over the content.

The following are strictly prohibited, without this list being exhaustive:

• Any illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Any infringement of intellectual property rights
• Any attempt at intrusion or cyberattack (DDoS, exploitation of vulnerabilities, etc.)
• Distribution of malicious software
• Any activity damaging the image or reputation of Unbbound
• Any use suggesting a non-existent affiliation

Unbbound reserves the right to report any unlawful activity to the competent authorities.

Unbbound acts exclusively as a technical service provider.

Unbbound cannot be held liable for:

• Content hosted by users
• Indirect or intangible damage
• Data loss
• Loss of business or revenue
• Interruptions beyond its control
• Acts or omissions of third parties

In any case, should Unbbound's liability be engaged, it would be strictly limited to the amounts paid by the user over the last twelve (12) months for the service concerned.

Unbbound reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect as soon as they are published and apply to any subsequent use of the services.

It is the user's responsibility to consult the Terms regularly.

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or enforcement falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, save for mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
