These Terms of Sale (the "Sales Terms") set out the conditions applicable to the subscriptions offered by Unbbound for its FiveM software base and related solutions.

The services are offered in the form of paid subscriptions split across three distinct plans, whose features and prices are detailed on the site.

Any subscription implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Sales Terms as well as the Terms of Use.

Unbbound offers three subscription plans whose features, allocated resources, technical limitations, prices and commitment period are specified on the site at the time of purchase.

Unbbound reserves the right to change its plans at any time. Changes do not affect existing subscriptions until their renewal.

A subscription is deemed concluded upon validation of the order, effective payment and confirmation by Unbbound.

Unbbound reserves the right to refuse any subscription in the event of suspected fraud, legal risk or non-compliance.

Prices are quoted in euros.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the option chosen, in advance for the relevant period.

Unbbound reserves the right to change its prices. Any price change will apply at the next renewal.

Payment is due on subscription and at each renewal.

In the event of payment failure, late payment or abusive chargeback, Unbbound may immediately suspend the services, terminate the subscription, refuse any new subscription and initiate collection proceedings.

Bank fees or penalties relating to an abusive chargeback may be passed on to the customer.

Subscriptions are concluded for the period chosen at subscription (monthly or annually).

Unless terminated before the expiry date, the subscription is automatically renewed for an identical period.

The customer may cancel their subscription from their customer area before the renewal date.

Any started month or period is owed in full.

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time for the next billing period.

Upon cancellation, access to the service remains active until the end of the paid period.

No prorated refund will be issued, except where legally required.

Unbbound may terminate the subscription immediately in the event of a breach of the Terms or Sales Terms, unlawful activity, non-payment or risk to our systems' security.

In the event of cancellation or expiry of the subscription, the customer has 7 days to recover their data.

After this period, the data may be permanently deleted with no possibility of recovery.

Unbbound may evolve the technical characteristics of the subscriptions in order to improve its services.

Such changes do not constitute a substantial modification of the contract.

Unbbound is bound by a best-effort obligation.

Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of temporary interruption, loss of data, indirect damage, acts by a third party or misuse of the service.

Unbbound's liability is strictly limited to the amounts paid by the customer over the last twelve (12) months.

Unbbound cannot be held liable in the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event preventing the normal execution of the services.

These Sales Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
